Chris Gioielli, PsyD (Lafayette, CO)

I am a licensed psychologist offering psychological assessments and individual psychotherapy to adults. I have extensive experience and education in the fields of psychology and spirituality. My area of specialty is treating patients who have experienced abuse, trauma, and pain connected to their religious and spiritual backgrounds. I work with pastors, missionaries, and seminary students, but also those who identify within the LGBTQ+ community, exvangelical community, and those who no longer practice a form of faith due to the painful experiences they’ve encountered. I also work with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as relational conflict, emotional detachment, and general mental health concerns.

David Maynard Rudesill, LCSW (Littleton, CO)

I received my Masters degree in Social Work from USC, focusing on Clinical Mental Health, Psychotherapy practice, and strengths-based systems of recovery from mental illness.

I've garnered clinical experience working in community-based clinics, private practice, and University counseling. I have worked with diverse groups of people across the life span, of all sexual/gender orientations, and have a particular amount of experience working with adults 18-55 years old.

My training as a Therapist is in a modality called Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP).

I completed 4-years of ISTDP Core training in Los Angeles; am certified by the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA) and have trained with many different ISTDP clinicians. I engage in ongoing ISTDP supervision to continually hone clinical skills.

Contact and Work with Me:

Jackie Meltz, Psy.D., LCSW (Lafayette, CO)

I’m a seasoned psychotherapist with 20+ years experience working with adults and adolescents.

My style of working with clients is predominantly emotion-focused and experiential, with emphasis on the body and what is happening in the present moment. Although talking about our issues and gaining insights into them can be helpful, I don’t believe that ultimately heals us; what does is working them through (or “digesting”) them in our bodies. I am very interactive and engaging. I don’t believe just letting someone talk is curative. With clients who have anxiety, I teach them how to regulate their anxiety in the present moment and help them get to the engine (warded off feelings) that drives their anxiety. With clients with depression, for example, I help them become aware of the things they do which inadvertently perpetuate their depression and ultimately turn toward and work through what they’ve been avoiding (but in a safe, supportive environment) so they and be free of their depression.

Contact and Work with Me:

Matthew McCall, Psy. D. (Denver, CO)

In the first session, we would try to get a thorough understanding of the current emotional problem that’s bothering you. Maybe it’s mounting anxiety, or a depression that you don’t understand, or a problem in a relationship. We would try to establish when the problem began, and what triggered it. With your permission and will, we would then invite you to feel the underlying feelings to the deepest extent possible.
